Senior People Operations GeneralistOur client, an innovative Silicon Valley software company in the autonomous systems space, is seeking a Senior People Operations Generalist to join its growing team. With a strong technical foundation and rapid growth trajectory, this organization is scaling quickly and investing in its People function to support a highly skilled, engineering-driven workforce. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to help build and refine People Operations at scale.This is a hands-on role for a scrappy, detail-oriented operator who enjoys building structure in dynamic environments. You'll play a key role in developing and optimizing People systems, reporting, and processes—while supporting broader team initiatives as the company continues to grow.Key Responsibilities:Own and enhance people data management, reporting, and analytics to support business decisionsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for the People team and leadershipIdentify opportunities to streamline systems, workflows, and operational processesEnsure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policiesSupport the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of People systemsPartner cross-functionally to improve data integrity and operational efficiencyProvide support across a range of People initiatives and projects on an as-needed basisIdeal Background:3–4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a related functionExperience in high-growth environments, ideally spanning both early-stage startups and scaling tech companiesExpertise in benefits, leave of absence adminProven ability to build and improve processes in evolving organizationsStrong analytical skills with experience in people data, reporting, and dashboardsDetail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindsetComfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast-paced settingProficiency with WorkdayCulture & Environment:High-growth, innovation-driven company (~1,500 employees) with a startup mindsetPredominantly engineering and product-focused organizationTalent from leading tech companies and disruptive startupsFast-paced, collaborative, and execution-oriented cultureBest suited for individuals who are driven, hands-on, and excited to be onsite contributing to rapid growthThis is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a scaling organization at the forefront of advanced technology, while helping shape the future of People Operations.
