Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst

Job Description Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for controlling payables and receivables for our company.Responsibilities:Maintaining records according to generally accepted accounting principles including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and reconciliation of bank statementsProcessing of Accounts Payables – receive and match invoices to purchase orders, review invoices for discrepancies, contact vendors to reconcileCommunicate with vendors and internal stakeholders if additional information is necessaryEstablish and maintain filing systems for vendor and customer invoicing documentationTrack project milestone payment schedule and submit invoices to the customers on timeManages collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts, and referring accounts to collection agenciesIndependently establish priorities for completion of varied administrative and project-oriented dutiesRequires ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliersQualifications:Strong knowledge in QuickbooksPrevious experience in accounting, finance, or other related fieldsFundamental knowledge of GAAPAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionEstablished in 2005, Falcon has become a leader in the commercial pool industry.
