We are looking for an experienced capital formation professional with established investor relationships and the ability to originate warm, credible conversations with qualified private investors.The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience raising capital, managing investor relationships, or covering private wealth and family office channels, and is looking for a more entrepreneurial platform with meaningful long-term upside.For the right person, this role may evolve into a full-time leadership position as Head of Capital Formation, Head of Investor Relations, or Partner-level business development leader, with potential participation in future fund economics and/or long-term equity value of the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a focused capital formation strategy targeting private wealth, family office, RIA, founder, and technology wealth channels.Introduce CCG to qualified prospective investors capable of allocating generally between $250K and $5M+ to private real estate opportunities.Originate warm investor conversations through existing relationships, rather than relying on cold outreach or list-building.Build and manage a high-quality investor pipeline, including outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up, investor education, and relationship tracking.Collaborate with CCG's senior leadership team on fundraising strategy, investor messaging, pitch materials, and market positioning.Represent CCG professionally in investor conversations, private meetings, family office discussions, industry events, and private wealth channels.Support the long-term development of CCG's investor relations and capital formation platform as the firm scales.Ideal Candidate ProfileIdeal candidates will have 10+ years of relevant experience in capital formation, investor relations, private wealth, family office coverage, alternatives distribution, real estate fundraising, or investment-related business development.The candidate should bring an established network of qualified investors across one or more of the following channels:Founders, senior technology executives, and recently liquid technology professionalsHigh-net-worth individualsSingle-family offices and smaller multi-family officesIndependent RIAs and private wealth advisorsAngel investors and venture-adjacent private investorsPrivate investors active in alternatives, real estate, direct deals, or private fundsWe are only interested in candidates who have a proven track record of raising capital for private real estate, private equity, private credit, venture capital, alternative investment platforms, direct investments, or boutique investment managers.The right candidate will have built trusted investor relationships over many years and will be seeking a more entrepreneurial environment, greater ownership, and a path toward long-term economic participation.QualificationsRequired / strongly preferred:10+ years of capital formation, investor relations, private wealth, family office, alternatives distribution, or related business development experience.Demonstrated track record raising capital from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, founders, executives, or private wealth investors.Existing relationships with qualified investors capable of writing $250K to $5M+ checks into private real estate or alternative investment strategies.Ability to generate warm introductions and credible investor conversations through an existing relationship network.Strong understanding of private real estate, alternative investments, investor suitability, and relationship-driven fundraising.Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and relationship management skills.High integrity, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to represent a boutique investment platform with sophistication and discretion.Interest in helping build the firm's long-term capital formation function, not simply acting as a transactional salesperson.Institutional investor coverage is helpful but not required.
