Lead Barista/Pantry - Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa - Full Time Year Round

We do this every day at Dollywood Resorts, which include over 600 rooms and 15 Food & Beverage outlets, all located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. The right Lead Barista/Pantry will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.The ideal candidate will provide an excellent experience to our Guests through proper steps of service and maintain a great work environment for our fellow hosts and vendors. The Host will uphold the HFE standards of Guest interaction and follow the "Lead with Love Principles"Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.Summary of Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesChecks with Manager for daily forecast training standard objectivesStocks and presents food/beverage items to standardInspects dining room for cleanliness, proper supply levels and proper staffingOrders/requisitions food and supplies through Purchasing SupervisorMaintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codesMakes specialty beverages to standardUses POS accurately. Employees may also be required to travel to various areas on property which may include changes in terrain, stairs and uneven surfacesRepetitive Movements: This position may require performing repetitive movements and tasks throughout the shift, including repeated use of hands, arms or other body parts as part of typical job functionsEnvironmental Conditions: This position requires the ability to perform work tasks in varying weather conditions to include extreme cold and heat.
