Program Manager

Overview You will lead compliance, domain, and program ownership across the Feature Enablement & Validation group, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality for AMD commercial products. You’ll coordinate across pre- to post-silicon stages, manage schedules, risks, and stakeholders, and continuously improve execution processes. This role supports global product launches and builds cross-functional alignment for ambitious timelines. You join a collaborative team driving industry-leading technology to market. ResponsibilitiesLead the Product Compliance workstream: planning, verification, risk management, and compliance deliverables for product launches in global marketsAssess and close gaps in compliance plans, negotiate timelines and priorities with ODM partners and AMD stakeholdersEnsure completion of certifications, regulatory registrations, and compliance documentationOwn end-to-end program management for assigned domain IPs: scheduling, feature readiness, dependencies, issues, and integrationCoordinate and track schedules, deliverables, and issue resolution across teams from concept to productionManage budgets, resources, and assets for Feature Enablement and ValidationProvide data-driven leadership updates on status, milestones, risks, and progressEstablish and improve Feature Enablement and Validation processes and best practices Key requirements5+ years in engineering or technical program managementExperience with semiconductor, SoC, or platform systemsProven leadership and cross-functional collaboration across global teamsPM skills: schedule planning, dependency management, risk assessment, execution trackingExperience in global product compliance and regulatory launches (Energy Efficiency, Product Safety, EMC, Wireless, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Product Labeling, Substance Restrictions)Ability to identify risks and drive mitigation and timely resolutionStrong executive communication and stakeholder managementExperience as Domain Program Manager driving IP execution, feature readiness, milestones, and escalationAbility to work across time zones with ODM teams in Asia and AMD teams in the Americasteam player with collaborative mindseteffective communicator with strong listening skillsdependable and positive attitudeprogram management and project schedulingrisk assessment and mitigationdependency and milestone tracking
