Certified Peer Specialist

Job Overview Foundations, Inc. is a unique recovery center offering housing and supportive services to our clients struggling with substance abuse. We help people with mental illness, emotional disturbances, or substance abuse issues recover. Coaches will work with individuals or groups, and their services can include: Provide mentoring and goal-setting opportunities Participate in meetings with family members, other providers, and agency staff Complete required documentation Observe interactions with clients Attend case conferences and individual and group supervision Skills - Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. - Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information. - Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for record-keeping and communication. - Experience in sales or call center environments is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
