What to Expect Tesla is looking to hire a Staff PV Cell Engineer to develop Si cell technology and processes for solar products. In this role, you will drive technical decisions for the next generation of cells for energy products at Tesla. This role is core to Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. Tesla is a demanding and fast-paced environment where you will work with a highly motivated team on extremely challenging projects.
