The company emphasizes professional growth, teamwork, and delivering outstanding results for its clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician based in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area. The Technician will install, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems, ensuring equipment operates at optimal performance levels. Responsibilities include performing system configurations, testing equipment, conducting routine maintenance, and addressing technical concerns. The Technician will also collaborate with team members and clients, providing technical support and training as needed. Qualifications Knowledge and experience with installing and configuring audio-visual systems, including familiarity with hardware and software components.Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing AV equipment, diagnosing technical issues, and performing preventative maintenance.Strong understanding of networking principles related to audio-visual systems and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and system schematics.High attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) are a plus.Previous experience in the audio-visual or technology integration industry is preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel, if required.
