The Chief Compliance Officer will play a key role in business development and strategic initiatives, including leading government affairs efforts and supporting the evaluation and integration of business opportunities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in law or a relevant area, with a preference for advanced certifications in compliance, ethics, and information privacy. A minimum of 15-20 years' of healthcare compliance experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is required, along with a deep understanding of compliance programs and industry standards. The role demands exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and adapt to changing market dynamics.
