Sales Administrator

This role is critical to maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, supporting internal teams, and ensuring accuracy across sales processes and reporting. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a long-term career in business administration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to sales and recruiting teamsPrepare proposals, contracts, quotes, and maintain client documentationProcess and track sales activity, update CRM systems, and generate reportsServe as a point of contact for internal teams and client inquiriesCoordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-upsMaintain accurate records, reporting, and pipeline trackingSupport onboarding, compliance, and internal processesAssist with workflow coordination and process improvementsManage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Prior experience in sales support, administration, or operationsStrong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skillsExcellent communication and follow-up abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferredAbility to work independently and collaborativelyComfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentSupervisory or team lead experience is a plusAdditional DetailsHybrid schedule (3–4 days in office)Must be commutable to Woodbridge, NJ and Bridgewater, NJ
