Regional Sales Manager (Hybrid)

Assist local staff with basic IT needs for daily access. Ability to lift 10 pounds, walk, sit, stand for long periods of time. Able to crawl under cubicle top to plug in equipment. Critical thinking and prioritize projects properly. Follow directions easily. Basic computer setup, joining the system to the domain as well as setting up net desk configurations. Adding users to printers as well as troubleshooting printer issues. Maintaining inventory of equipment to keep much needed items in stock such as headphones and keyboards etc. Watching the queue to respond to tickets or assign as needed for the Lombard location. Work with other IT Staff members to assist when they require local assistance. Understand MFA requirements as well as the use of the VPN for remote access.
