About the role: As our General Manager, you will have the autonomy to run our hotel as if it were your own business. We are seeking someone with a proven track record of high performance in RevPAR index, margin, and guest satisfaction improvement. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. What we're looking for: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a hotel environment, including General Manager experience Similar brand experience and/or Marriott experience highly preferred Large Group & Catering Background, Highly Preferred. Guest Experience Improvement Experience, Required.
