Associate Director, Program Management

Role Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Program Management reporting into the Chief of Staff to the North America General Manager. This role is responsible for driving and managing key cross-functional projects across North America, ensuring disciplined execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with the company’s strategic priorities. Drive the development and execution of key cross-functional commercial and medical projects across North America. Build and maintain comprehensive project plans for North America commercial and medical initiatives. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across North America to align projects with organizational goals. Actively support and embed within key North America strategic initiatives. Champion AI enablement across North America commercial and medical functions. Support digital initiatives, including digital channel strategy and omnichannel execution. Closely monitor and track project schedules toward milestones and issue status reports. Partner with NA GM Chief of Staff to ensure optimal project team performance. Support the resolution of complex problems by contributing structured analysis and sound judgment. Responsible for meeting management, including setting agendas and tracking issues. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in project management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field. BA/BS Degree with 8+ years of overall experience. Experience in a consulting or advisory environment. Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency in identifying critical paths and risks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven track record managing digital transformation and AI-enabled projects. Familiarity with AI tools and enablement strategies in a commercial context. Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project or SmartSheets. Requirements Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment. Ability to evaluate, implement, and drive adoption of AI-powered solutions. Salary Range $148,900.00 - $198,900.00 annually. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors unique to each candidate.
