Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor partners, mitigating risks, and overseeing software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery: Own the delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities, release commitments, and value realization.Strategic Planning: Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines, managing complex, large-scale initiatives.Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between technical development teams, business product owners, and senior leadership, often facilitating governance forums.Technical Execution: Apply Agile/Scrum delivery practices, manage risk logs, and oversee the creation of technical requirements, system design, and test artifacts.Financial Acumen: Manage project budgets, forecasting, and work with technology finance partners. LinkedIn +5Required QualificationsExperience: Generally 3–5+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, IT project management, or program management within a matrixed environment.Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or highly regulated industries.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile frameworks, SDLC methodologies, Jira, and sometimes specific systems like Mainframe/JCL.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
