Delivery Driver

Position: Propane Delivery Driver Location: Lantana, FloridaWhat makes us great...At the heart of our Company is a dedication to delivering energy that drives progress. We put people first, work to keep them safe and build trusting relationships.What you'll be working on...You will be operating truck and delivery equipment safely to deliver propane gas.You will perform pre trip and post trip safety inspections of vehicle and equipment.You will document findings of inspections and ensure appropriate action is taken in regards to any exceptions.You will prepare and maintain all appropriate documentation required of drivers by the Department of Transportation.You will observe all traffic rules and practice defensive driving techniques.You will observe all company, industry, and regulatory guidelines regarding the safe operation of equipment and the delivery of propane gas.You will record deliveries, meter readings and tank percentages accurately.You will check credit status of customers prior to making deliveries when on callYou will collect payments from customers and disconnect gas service as directed.You will be sensitive to customers' situations and provide helpful assistance to resolve problems.You will perform other related duties as assigned.Who you are...You possess an active CDL class B.You possess a Hazmat endorsement.You have a keen sense of smell.You love working with customers and have great communication skills.You are able to maintain truck in a safe and clean mannerYou are comfortable with the below hazards and working conditions:HAZARDS: Exposure to various substances which could be hazardous if handled improperly.WORKING CONDITIONS: Assigned tasks are normally performed in field surroundings with exposure to all types of weather conditions.Benefits/what's in it for you?Flexible work arrangementCompetitive base salaryFantastic opportunities for career growthCooperative, supportive and empowered team atmosphereAnnual bonus and salary increase opportunitiesMonthly recognition eventsEndless wellness initiatives and community eventsRobust and customizable benefit packages-choose what works best with your life.
