Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently while contributing to a lively atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and answering any questions about the offerings. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining attention to detail. Assist with bussing tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including culinary ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations to guests. Uphold high standards of service Experience Previous experience as a Server is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for processing payments accurately and managing tabs.
