EXAMPLE OF DUTIES As an HVAC Refrigeration Maintenance Mechanic, you will utilize specialized skills and knowledge to complete installations, carry out maintenance, recognize causes of faulty equipment, and make repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems that provide air conditioning, heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying, cleaning, filtering, and circulation. Work also includes responding to requests or alarms during shifts after hours and collaborating with other facility personnel. You will be expected to access, navigate, and monitor building automation systems including Automated Logic, Johnson Controls, Delta, and Siemens to monitor equipment performance. This includes receiving alarm messages and providing proper notifications. A supervisor will be available to guide you through situations that may have a significant impact on operations.
