The company prioritizes client satisfaction by delivering exceptional project results across various sectors of telecommunications and construction.Role DescriptionThe Finance Accounting Manager will oversee the financial and accounting operations of UOS Construction, Inc. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and actionable insights. The manager will also ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fullerton CA.QualificationsProficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial ReportingStrong knowledge of Finance concepts and BudgetingExceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating data and providing strategic recommendationsSolid understanding of compliance with accounting principles and financial regulationsExperience with financial software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a bonusStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
