Quality Assurance Reviewer MA

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Reviewer. Key Responsibilities Conduct documentation and record reviews to ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations Support agency quality improvement initiatives and assist in internal audits of program documentation Track, analyze, and report quality assurance data and collaborate with program leadership to enhance documentation standards Required Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare documentation review or quality assurance Behavioral Health experience preferred Strong Excel and reporting skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment and must reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY
