Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, OpenTable and Toast, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision Assist in food preparation or bussing tables as needed to support smooth restaurant operations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations throughout service Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Micros POS, Open Table and Toast or similar platforms Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Proven ability to upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while multitasking seamlessly Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant or food industry experience, including fine dining environments preferred Embark on a rewarding journey where your hospitality talents are celebrated!
