Clinical Dietician

Kings Harbor Multicare Centee is a 720 bed long term, rehab, sub-acute facility located in the North East Bronx. We are looking for full time Registered Dietician. QUALIFICATIONS: § Bachelors Degree in food and nutrition § Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD eligible Job Responsibilities include: Providing nutritional care to Residents on assigned units. Completing nutritional assessments and other required documentation. Participating in interdisciplinary care plan meetings. Providing nutrition education to Residents and families. Performing other duties related to dietitian scope of practice. Knowledge of MDS and Sigma Care a plus.
