This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving business growth through relationship building, strategic prospecting, and consultative sales. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who excels at understanding client needs and delivering customized restoration solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clientsProspect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned regionIdentify customer needs and present tailored restoration solutionsManage and grow existing accounts while achieving and exceeding sales targetsCollaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless project handoff and high customer satisfactionRepresent the company professionally within the community and industry eventsQualificationsProven sales and relationship-building experience, including account managementStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesProblem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsExperience in restoration, construction, insurance, or a related industry is a plusSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently meet goalsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferredComfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuitePerks: • Competitive base + uncapped commission (First Year OTE $100k-$125k) • Company vehicle • Benefits, PTO, and 401(k) • Clear growth path within a national company
