We need a leader who can train bright new talent and who is passionate about delivering the best customer service.Job ResponsibilitiesContract new business, sell F&I products and close dealsGenerate finance income on all sold customersCheck/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactionsContract or collect all money at closingSeek bank approval on financed and leased dealsMaintain a working knowledge of leasesAssist in acquiring approval from lendersUnderstand all programs and rate options offered by our lendersSolicit extended warranty salesHandle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.RequirementsA minimum of 1-year F&I experienceBenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.Compensation is based on performance and is competitive with the retail automotive market.
