Global Charter is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team in the London office. We are a global team of aviation experts with offices in London, Miami, Los Angeles, and Toronto. This position will focus on driving business growth by brokering Executive Jet charter flights to high-net-worth individuals and companies.
In this hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work both in the London office and independently, with a strong self-starter mentality being crucial to your success. We are looking for motivated individuals who can proactively pursue sales and implement new business strategies effectively over time.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Self-motivated with the flexibility to work outside regular office hours (including weekends)
Several years of sales experience
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and secure new private jet charter clients through inbound leads, cold calls, email marketing, networking, and sales meetings
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure Global Charter is their preferred supplier
Manage key accounts for Global Charter
Regularly update and maintain the company's CRM system (Integral)
Oversee the entire charter process from inquiry to quoting, contract negotiation, and flight management
