So we invite you to go on this journey with us.You will lead the development of our key asset – a mobile application AI tutor. At the 0 to 1 stage, you will personally lay the foundation of the mobile architecture, write the first lines of code MVP and set up release processes. Since the basis of our product is voice communication with AI in real time, your main technical task will be to ensure a seamless, fast and stable user experience.What you will need to do:Development of MVP from scratch: hands-on coding, selection of optimal libraries and building a scalable mobile application architecture;Voice & AI integration: implementation of the functionality of recording, processing and playing back audio in real time (interaction with the backend and LLM to ensure minimal response delay);UI/UX implementation: close cooperation with designers and Product Manager to create a convenient, intuitive interface and smooth animations;Release Management: setting up CI/CD processes, managing releases in App Store and Google Play;Leadership: mentoring, conducting code reviews and future hiring of engineers into your team.What we expect from you (Qualification):Experience: 4–5+ years in mobile development (Senior / Tech Lead level);Technical expertise: deep knowledge of the main React Native stack and understanding of the mobile application lifecycle;Leadership experience: successful experience in managing a team of developers, performing the role of Tech Lead or mentoring;Work with audio/network: experience in optimizing application performance, working with complex API integrations;Startup mindset: focus on business results; ability to find a compromise between the ideal architecture and the speed of testing hypotheses in the market.It will be a big plus:Experience with speech recognition/synthesis technologies (Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech);Experience in building applications with a subscription monetization model;Previous experience working in early-stage startups or the EdTech niche.We have built an environment for professional self-realization at Skelar:SKELAR Platform .
