Maintenance Manager

Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee maintenance operations for a portfolio of single-family homes, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and exceed tenant expectations. Key responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all aspects of property maintenance and repairs Source, vet, and manage relationships with third-party contractors and service providers Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to proactively address property upkeep Required qualifications 5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair Proficient in property management or work order systems and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license required; certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or other trades are a plus Must be available for on-call duty on a rotational basis, including nights and weekends
