Summary: The Customer Service Accounting Representative (CSAR) is responsible for working with customers face to face, via phone or email and handle collections and allocations of payments.Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PMSeniority Level: AssociateEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: This salaried, exempt position pays from $80,000 to $120,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions.Responsible for billing, collection and reporting activities according to the specific deadlines.Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.Build and maintain company customer relationships.Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.Consistent following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.Investigate customer queries as necessary and find solutions of necessary.Appropriately identify and escalate customer issues.Complete sales transactions and processing of payments.Partner with Sales Representative to keep account transactions up to date.Practice Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with teamRetain up to date knowledge of company products and proceduresPerform additional duties as required and or requested.Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:Excellent oral and written English language communication skillsTwo (2) plus years' experience in Accounts ReceivableProvide high level of customer serviceGood organizational skillsProven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.Excellent accuracy and able to meet deadlines.Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment.Strong Computer skills in MS Outlook, Word and ExcelBilingual (Spanish) preferredThis role has the following physical demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
