Manage on-site program material replenishment and disbursement.● Conduct and document accurate inventory tracking against the Bill of Materials (BOM) for upcoming projects and builds.● Verify that physical goods, packing slips, and order confirmations are aligned.● Perform all stockroom duties, including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and preparing material for the bench, in line with established materials management procedures.● Proactively manage and expedite material shortages to achieve the Clear to Build status on schedule.Coordinate outbound shipments (domestic and international) with Shipping and Logistics teams, ensuring proper accountability and follow-through.● Track and follow up on all inbound shipments to ensure timely and correct delivery, and promptly sign for package pickups.Track/manage prototype parts inventory supporting Reality Labs prototype development● Run manual processes (high-volume accuracy, data entry)● Coordinate shipping/logistics and part movement● Proactively communicate build status, shortages, inventory levels (especially to engineering partners).
