You lead programs, train staff, and implement initiatives to boost customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Oversee key programs (Design Services, Trade, Registry, events) to drive traffic and conversion, ensuring operational excellence and an elevated store experience by analyzing KPIs and maintaining brand standards.
