Your Role
As a Carbon Health Primary Care Physician, you’ll provide compassionate, patient‑centered care while being part of a high‑performing, collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams
Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears
Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans
Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)
Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs
Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance
Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff
Supervise assigned PAs/NPs
Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes
About You
Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA license
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
Committed to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
Comfortable providing basic women’s health services
Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-driven care
Skilled at fostering a positive, respectful team environment
BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):
$249,600–$354,720
Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
