Human-Centered Design Consultant
Required Qualifications:Proven experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD) , with a strong grasp of design thinking methodologies .Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods , including usability testing .Background in working within Agile software development environments.Proficiency with Figma , including the ability to develop low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes .Knowledge of Information Architecture and its application to digital product design.Strong experience in managing stakeholder relationships and navigating team dynamics .Key Responsibilities:Lead and conduct experience benchmarking , usability testing , and insight synthesis to support and validate design decisions.Analyze user behaviors and channel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability studies.Develop and communicate personas , journey maps , and service blueprints to reflect user needs and pain points.Identify the root causes of experience challenges and recommend actionable design solutions .Co-create value models and experience blueprints in collaboration with cross-functional partners.Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to align goals and drive innovation.
