This is not a single-mode brokerage seat. From beginning to end.What You Will OwnFull commercial cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, pricing, negotiation, closing, and onboardingNew logo acquisition through targeted outbound, account-based selling, and referral cultivationCross-sell and wallet-share expansion within existing accounts across service linesExecutive-level relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, and supply chain leadersCollaboration with operations, pricing, and implementation teams to design tailored, margin-accretive solutionsAccurate pipeline, forecast, and activity management in Salesforce CRMMonthly, quarterly, and annual new business and gross margin targetsWhat You Bring5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience in transportation, logistics, 3PL, or supply chain solutionsConsistent track record of exceeding new logo and gross margin quotasWorking knowledge across multiple modes and service lines: FTL, LTL, drayage, warehousing, distributionProven ability to sell multi-service or integrated supply chain solutions, not single-mode transactional brokerage onlyStrong commercial acumen: pricing logic, margin discipline, RFP response, contract structureExecutive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficiency in Salesforce CRM and modern sales tooling (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, sequencing platforms)Self-directed operator who thrives in a remote, high-accountability environmentPreferredPortable book of enterprise relationships in food and beverage, consumer products, health and nutraceuticals, retail, or e-commerceExperience selling into freight forwarders, NVOCCs, or import-heavy shippersPrior experience inside an asset-based or hybrid 3PLCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salaryUncapped commission tied to gross margin and recurring revenuePerformance bonus eligibilityMedical (PPO and HMO), Dental, Vision for employee and dependents401(k) with Traditional and Roth options and annual corporate-sponsored contributionsShort-Term and Long-Term Disability, Group Life InsurancePaid Time Off and recognized holidaysRemote work flexibility with full access to OVO's enterprise technology stackWhy OVOOVO is building a platform, not running a desk.
