Prototek is looking for an experienced Wet Paint & Powder Coater III to join our growing manufacturing team in Concord, NH. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced sheet metal environment supporting aerospace, defense, medical, robotics, and advanced manufacturing customers. We're looking for someone who can work independently, mentor others, and consistently produce high-quality finishes on complex parts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Prep, mask, wash, paint, and powder coat sheet metal and machined partsApply simple to complex coatings with multiple finishes/colorsOperate spray guns, powder coat equipment, and curing ovensRead prints and determine proper coatings and masking requirementsMix paint per manufacturer specificationsInspect finished parts and maintain quality standardsTrain and mentor junior team members on finishing processesMaintain equipment and support a clean, organized workspace REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED required3+ years of wet paint and/or powder coating experienceAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience in manufacturing, sheet metal, or industrial finishing environmentsStrong blueprint reading and attention to detailComfortable wearing respirators and PPETeam-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities WHAT PROTOTEK OFFERS:Health, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insuranceCompany paid life and long-term disability insurance9 paid Holidays annuallyEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) match: 100% of 3% and 50% for 4% and 5%Education reimbursement programCareer advancement opportunitiesFlexible ScheduleCompetitive pay scalePaid time off (PTO) starting at 80 hours with annual increase for each year of service WORK AUTHORIZATION WORDING Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements - Prototek maintains International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant operations in United States based facilities.
