Relocation assistance is NOT provided.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the development and management of external partnerships, with a focus on scientific innovation and emerging technologies. Based in the Office of the Chief Scientific Officer, this role will help identify, coordinate, and execute collaborations with external partners including startups, academic institutions, and industry leaders.This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and curious about innovation in the life sciences. The Project Manager will work cross-functionally to help drive partnership initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying and researching potential external partnersSupport outreach efforts, including drafting emails and coordinating communicationsHelp maintain and track partnership pipelines, contacts, and activitiesCoordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with external stakeholdersPrepare materials such as presentations, reports, and partnership summariesSupport project management of partnership initiatives, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, legal) to ensure timely execution and delivery of partnership activitiesMonitor project progress, flag risks or delays, and help drive alignment across stakeholdersAssist in developing project plans, status updates, and internal reporting for partnership programsMonitor and report on partnership performance and engagementProvide general administrative support for partnership programsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business, communications, marketing, life sciences, or related field preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasksProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar) is a plusBasic understanding of project management principles (e.g., timelines, milestones, stakeholder coordination)Interest in scientific innovation, emerging technologies, or life sciences industry trendsAbility to learn and communicate complex scientific or technical concepts at a high levelInterest in partnerships, business development, or relationship managementWhat We’re Looking ForA proactive, self-starter attitudeStrong interpersonal skills and professionalismWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentCuriosity about innovation ecosystems and scientific advancementsComfort working with cross-functional teams including scientific, technical, and business stakeholdersWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus scheme, healthcare, company 401k, and a range of employee benefits!
