Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care planProvide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignityReport changes in resident health status to the clinical teamConnect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experienceEngage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiencesComply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident informationPerform any other duties as assigned
