Membership Advisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet all who enter the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and F45 knowledge Professionally present the F45 concept to any interested leads/prospects both in person and over the phone Eagerness and drive to meet daily and monthly sales goals Regular follow up with prospective clients via phone to address their inquiries and book their trial Participate and professionally represent F45 Training and MFG in regular marketing and outreach events Maintain cleanliness of studio on a daily basis- includes stocking and maintaining restrooms and facility appliances as need be Job Qualifications: Minimum 10 charitable or community volunteer hours within the last 12 months, Preferred Previous athletic, sports, or team environment experience STRONGLY Preferred Sales and goals driven with previous sales experience, Strongly Preferred Ability to work mornings, afternoons, shortened holidays and weekends as applicable Ability to be highly functional in a fast-paced environment Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment Coachable professional willing to be led both professionally and personally Reliable individual with high drive for success and matched work ethic Job Type: Part-Time Benefits & Compensation: Competitive pay with earned commission each pay period Encouraged and permitted to Coach classes within studio (PT Certification required); compensated for classes coached Employee Development Program in place to earn both hourly wage increases and/or promotions as applicable WORKOUT FOR FREE!
