Telecom Support Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our round-the-clock service operations team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues — diagnosing problems quickly, communicating clearly, and driving resolutions from start to finish. Shift assignments may change based on business needs after the training period is complete.
