If you are passionate about helping others learn, and about the mission of credit unions, this could be a great fit.What You'll DoTraining DevelopmentDevelop training materials including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and operational guidesCreate procedures, checklists, and reference resources that support employee performanceContinuously update training content to reflect process changes, compliance updates, and operational best practicesTraining DeliveryFacilitate instructor-led and on-the-job training for new hire Tellers and Member Service Center AgentsDeliver operational training on topics including New Accounts, Wire Transfers, Business Accounts, Trust Accounts, IRAs, and aspects of lendingLead group learning sessions and create engaging simulations and learning experiencesConduct one-on-one employee development assessments and provide advancement trainingMember Service & Relationship-Based SalesMaintain a strong understanding of credit union products and servicesDevelop training programs that help employees identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and servicesTeach relationship-based sales and cross-selling techniques that strengthen member relationshipsCreate conversation guides and training scenarios that build employee confidence in discussing financial solutionsSupport product education initiatives to ensure employees can effectively position credit union products and servicesOperations Support and Learning TechnologyMaintain operational workflows, process documentation, and standard operating procedures that support employee performance and regulatory complianceAssist with the rollout of new products, services, and system updates by developing supporting training and operational documentationMaintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS)Track participation, completion, and performance metrics in the LMSAssist in developing multimedia learning resources including videos, interactive modules, and digital learning toolsThe ScheduleThe regular working hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:00pmRequirementsExperience1-3 years of similar or related experienceSkillsThe ability to motivate, influence, and train employees effectivelyBuild strong relationships with othersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOperating and training others on computer systems (ex. Microsoft Suite)Maintain confidentiality and foster trust in relationshipsPhysical RequirementsAbility to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistentlyAbility to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch occasionallyAbility to lift or push up to 10 pounds consistently
