This role is critical to building scalable, high-quality talent pipelines—particularly for high-volume and field-based roles—as the organization continues to expand into new regions. The ideal candidate is resourceful, data-driven, and experienced in developing creative sourcing strategies, including outreach to trade schools and alternative talent channels. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer centric, possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, be deadline and goal driven with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.Roles And ResponsibilitiesProactively source and engage candidates for high-volume and field-based roles across multiple marketsBuild and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent, with an emphasis on skilled trades, technical, and entry-to-mid level positionsUtilize a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Indeed job boards, referrals, networking, community outreach, and local market researchPartner closely with the Recruit team to understand hiring needs across different functions and regionsManage and administer the company’s internal employee referral program to drive candidate engagement and quality hiresSupport partnerships with trade schools, technical programs, and community organizations to create consistent candidate pipelinesAttend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives to attract top talentTrack sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and recruiting progressDevelop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to new and emerging markets, hard-to-fill and high-volume rolesConduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignmentTrack candidate activity and pipeline health within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or CRMStay informed on industry trends, labor market insights, and competitor hiring activitySupport diversity recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices throughout the talent acquisition processEnsure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing processContributes to the overall Group Scorecard and KPI’s to drive department successUpholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example and drives the philosophy of ZERO company-wideEngages in ADB’s culture pillars and encourages participation and buy-in in all pillars: Community, Wellness, Development, InclusionHighly interdependent with other functional teams and operational groups ensuring strong relationships and collaboration to achieve overall business goalsPerforms other position duties when requestedSuccess FactorsA strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsAbility to present in front of various sized audiencesHighly-customer centric and master relationship builderHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)Proficient with navigating and utilizing various Applicant Tracking SystemsWork EnvironmentCorporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environmentThis position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.Experience And Education2–5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-volume or field-based environmentsStrong proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS systems)Previous experience within a construction environment strongly preferredBachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredThe position pays up to $72,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
