Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialistto join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.This position is salary + commission. This is NOT a work from home position.Responsibilities:Screen, recruit, and interview potential employeesOn-board and train new employeesImplement company culture, values and policiesProvide management with requested reports and documentsCoordinate events focused on employee recognitionAccurately maintain employee filesQualifications:Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields (Preferred)Knowledge of labor and employment laws (Preferred)Ability to build rapport with all employeesStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
