The role demands leadership in managing quality assurance, system testing, and adherence to design specifications, ensuring all project goals are met with precision and efficiency.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate work, punch lists, and testing and commissioning of building systems for both positions.Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or agency requirements.Review shop drawings, Construction Work Plans (CWPs), asset management data, and as-builts.Identify and track the resolution of commercial issues.Manage and track databases and reports.Monitor the contractor's prosecution of work and schedule.Qualifications8+ Years of Project Management experienceBachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or equivalent.Substantial experience in construction management.Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in dynamic situations.Proficient in reading and understanding construction contract documents.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication skills.Experience with complex construction projects in transportation, military, or government sectors.Substantial railroad-related experience.Benefits Provided But Not Limited To The FollowingMedical DentalVision 401k with 4% match Short Term and Long-Term Disability Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO & Sick Time)Company Holidays Great company culture that genuinely cares!
