Network Support Engineer

We're working with a leading IT solutions provider specializing in comprehensive services for federal agencies, focusing on IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and software development.The Role Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems. Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting. Plan and implement complex changes on production systems. Resolve escalated incidents by troubleshooting and implementing fixes. Install, configure, patch, and maintain appropriate technologies. Act as a technical lead for one or more client services.What You'll Need Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field preferred. 5-8 years of experience in information technology or systems administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products (Windows, Windows Servers, Office365, SharePoint, Teams). Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system hardware, software, or networking problems. Ability to communicate effectively and translate technical terminology to non-technical employees.
