Contractor Rates:$45 per billable hour (billed in 15 minute increments); $70 per evaluation
Location:5575 Warren Pkwy Ste. 106, Frisco, TX 75034
Hours/Schedule:This position starts with a small caseload of 1–2 pediatric clients, with opportunities to grow over time. You will initially be the only on-site Physical Therapist, playing a key role in establishing and expanding services.

Qualifications of this Physical Therapy position include the following :
Experience in pediatric Physical Therapy preferred
Texas State license in Physical Therapy
Master's or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree
Passion for changing the lives of others
