Hybrid – Annapolis, MD We’re hiring a UKG Pro Payroll Lead to support a high-volume payroll environment. This role will act as the primary SME for payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing, resolving complex issues, and partnering across HR, Finance, and Operations. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end UKG Pro payroll processing Act as the primary escalation point for payroll issues and discrepancies Investigate and resolve complex payroll matters (tax, deductions, retro, benefits) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (Maryland focus) Support multi-state payroll scenarios and audits Partner with internal teams to manage payroll inquiries and workflows Train payroll staff and business users on payroll processes and timekeeping Requirements: Hands-on xywuqvp UKG Pro Payroll experience Strong payroll issue resolution and root cause analysis skills Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax compliance Experience in high-volume payroll environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Hybrid role in Annapolis, MD.
