Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Wind Turbine Assembler:Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Assemble components using both hand tools and power tools Interpret schematics, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly Follow processes, work instructions, and shop standards to maintain proper assembly sequence and quality Meet production standards within designated timeframes Handle materials using jib cranes, forklifts, and overhead cranes Test, inspect, and complete required quality and customer documentation Collaborate with Wind Team members to assemble the final product What You Need to Bring to the Wind Turbine Assembler Role:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent manufacturing experience Strong mechanical aptitude Familiarity with standard power tools and hand tools Ability to obtain certification for overhead crane, jib crane, and forklift operation Ability to communicate effectively and work in small teams Ability to read and follow written instructions in English Ability to routinely lift/move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to work in various physical positions, including climbing, confined spaces, and prolonged standing/sitting.
