May assist executives in budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc. Uses company software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations. May design processes to enhance workflow. Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues.Must be proficient in Microsoft products such as word, excel, and power point.Exposure to ADP or Kronos payroll, HR exposure is strongly preferred.
