Car Wash Detailer

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Motor Coach Wash Crew / Yard Support team member. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, readiness, and basic upkeep of our buses and facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities · Clean and detail motor coaches (exterior washing, interior cleaning, lavatory sanitation) · Restock buses with necessary supplies · Check and top off basic vehicle fluids · Report maintenance issues or irregularities · Assist with general yard duties · Perform end-of-week office cleaning · Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications · Strong attention to detail and work ethic · Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment · Dependable and punctual · Good communication skills · Basic mechanical awareness is a plus · Valid driver’s license preferred Work Schedule · Full-time after training period · May begin part-time during training · Weekend and/or evening availability may be required Benefits · Medical, dental, and vision insurance · 401(k) with company matching · Competitive starting pay at $20/hour · Opportunity for full-time advancement · Stable, team-oriented environment · Hands-on training provided Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
