Associate Attorney

Title: Personal Injury Attorney - (Multiple roles on plaintiff and defense both)Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.Qualifications:1-5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $140,000-$250,000 annually, plus bonus.
