A company is looking for a Senior Director, DTC Growth Strategy. Key Responsibilities: Own and optimize ecommerce growth strategy for multiple high-growth DTC brands Partner with channel teams to align acquisition strategies with on-site experiences and profitability Lead analytics and performance measurement to connect marketing outcomes to business goals Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, growth, or performance marketing Deep understanding of the DTC ecommerce stack, including Shopify and GA4 Proven track record of driving measurable growth across key performance metrics Experience with subscriptions, bundles, and retention-led growth models Comfortable with data analysis and performance optimization strategies
