Offer clinical and day-to-day supervision to inpatient Physical Therapists and PT Assistants. Serve as a recognized expert in physical rehabilitation, guiding the inpatient team. Ensure administrative proficiency with therapy regulations, practice issues, and clinic operations. Foster a motivating team atmosphere, encouraging innovation and high performance. Collaborate with Rehabilitation Leadership on facility goals, policies, and procedures. Oversee staff performance reviews and assist with safety activities.**Requirements** Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate preferred). Current NYS Licensure/Registration as a Physical Therapist. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Physical Therapy or a Rehab setting is preferred. Ongoing accredited continuing education as required by NYS licensure.
